we announce with pleasure, that the company ANAJ Czech, a.s. overtook the traditional German trademark “Arnold Dold Präzisionswerkzeuge” as well as its production portfolio, business contacts and production technology after insolvency period on 22nd December 2022. The headquarter and the official office of Arnold Dold GmbH in Triberg was canceled according to insolvency administration.
To allow the long time customer of “Arnold Dold Präzisionswerkzeuge” to continue purchasing of gear hobs and other form tools with traditional way, ANAJ Czech a.s. will continue to offer whole production range of Dold.
The production capacity in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí was increased due to new production building and modern production equipment investments in 2021. Therefore we are able to produce Dold´s tools in top quality and supply the customers directly from our facility.
